Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spice Cupcakes:

Cupcake Ingredients:
-Super moist cake mix Spice from Betty Crocker
-3 eggs
-1 cup of pumpkin puree
-1/3 cup canola oil (you can use vegetable oil)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes on Medium speed with an electric mixer.  Pour into cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners.  Bake 19-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Frosting Ingredients:
-1 (16oz) package powdered sugar
-1/2 cup of butter, at room temperature
-1 (3oz) package of cream cheese, at room temperature
-1/4 cup of milk
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon of almond extract

Directions:
In a large bowl mix butter and cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Slowly add powdered sugar on low speed until blended.  Add in milk, vanilla extract and almond extract.  

*Decorate as desired. Fun to put any kind of Halloween candy on top! Have a Happy Halloween!!!
